FAQ's
How will you know which sorority my PNM gets?
-After your PNM receives their bid, you will need to text (270)670-2880 with which sorority your bag will need to be! We will then fulfill your order with that information!
When will she receive her Bid Day Bag?
-We work hard to get these bags out ASAP! Any bag ordered BY 5PM August 12th, will get you FREE DORM DELIVERY! Orders placed after that time will be available for in store pick up or shipping for $5. We do not deliver to apartments or sorority houses.
What happens if I pre order a bag OR sweatshirt, and she does not accept a bid?
-You will receive a refund in the form of store credit to Back Down South.
Am I guaranteed a Bid Day Bag when preordering?
-Substitutions may occur due to availability of items. We fill orders on a first come first serve basis. If substitutions are not available, store credit to Back Down South will be applied. No refunds for either bags or sweatshirts.
Can she exchange an item from the Bid Day Bag?
-All items in the Bid Day Bags are final sale.
Are there others items to purchase?
-YES! We have sorority sweatshirts also available for pre order, along with other options in store as well! If you’d like to add some of these items into your bid day bag, call the store to see what is available! (270) 904-5779
